Shipping & Returns

Most goods are shipped via Australia Post in satchels. These satchels are 500g and 3kg. Should your purchase exceed 3kg postage would need to be re-calcaluted, so please email before payment so that we can advise you the correct amount. A few products weight less than 500g but will not fit into the satchels 9eg Indian Prints) these are priced individually. The cd's are sent in Aust Post CD boxes. Should you purchase more than one of these items please email me for the cheapest postage option. At the present time we only ship nationally, so no overseas orders can or will be processed. This may change in the future. We do not charge a packing fee.

Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. However if an item is faulty or not as described we will happily replace it or at our discretion offer a refund of the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please advise within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem. Mistakes can happen - we are all human!!

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia.

Estimated delivery dates are just that estimated. During busy times like Christmas these times may vary.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
